Sprinkle Candy
Is there anything happier than sprinkles? Maybe confetti or bubbles. Oh, balloons for sure! But they are all quite similar, aren’t they? They are brought out for celebrations, used for some of our favorite days, and they just look fun.
We made sprinkle candy at Christmas and it was an immediate hit. It’s sprinkles, who doesn’t love those?! And chocolate. Again, a pretty great start right? Once the family fell head over heels with it, I started dreaming of sprinkles.
Ingredients:
Melting chocolates (we love Ghiradelli)
Your favorite sprinkles
Parchment paper
How to Make Sprinkle Candy:
Line a pan with parchment paper.
Using a heat-proof bowl, melt chocolate in the microwave according to the package.
Pour your sprinkles onto the parchment paper.
Using a spoon, drop a tiny dollop of the chocolate onto the sprinkles.
Allow chocolate to dry. It takes just a few minutes.
Break up the chocolate pieces, serve, and enjoy!
Wasn’t that so easy? What color sprinkles did you use? Be sure to share your creation with me!
